BinkClothing Return Policy

At BinkClothing, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not happy with your order, we offer the possibility to return your item, provided the following conditions are met.

Return Conditions:

  • Return Period: Items can be returned within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • Condition of the Item: Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition, including any labels and packaging.
  • Exclusions: Discounted items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Procedure:

  • Contact us at binkclothinginfo@gmail.com to register your return. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Upon approval, you will receive an email with the address details where the item should be sent.
  • Create your own return label.
  • Drop off the package at your nearest post office or service point.

Return Costs:

  • Netherlands: The cost of returning items is the responsibility of the customer, unless the item was damaged or incorrectly delivered.

No Approval:

  • If the returned product is not approved, you will not receive a refund. You will receive an email informing you of the reason for the rejection.

Refunds:

  • Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you a confirmation email. The amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Exchanges:

  • We do not offer a direct exchange service. If you would like a different size or color, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.
